This last book by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh reminds us that there’s one thing we all have the power to change—our mind. Our way of looking, seeing, and thinking determines every choice we make, the everyday actions we take or avoid, how we relate to those we love or oppose, and how we react in a crisis. This is a practical way through anxiety and fear and into a space where we can be of service to our community.
This discussion group meets on September 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 3-4:30 pm at Cincinnati Nature Center’s Rowe Woods location.
