Stay fit and have fun with these conditioning hikes for adults. These hikes are for those who desire six to seven miles of brisk-paced hiking with hills, steps, and streams. We will hike in small groups with varying speeds. Our goal is to keep moving and provide everyone with a good workout. Participants should be stretched and ready to go. You must RSVP for this hike through www.meetup.com, and we ask that you update your RSVP if your plans change. We may have to cancel this hike due to weather, so always be sure to check your email before you head out. Cincinnati Nature Center members are free; non-members pay daily admission.

Designed for grades 1-6!
Join a small group for weekly after-school adventures in the natural world! Guided by passionate hike leaders, children will experience the joys of nature which support their minds, bodies, and mental wellness. Each meeting will have a new theme/activities through both sessions. Children will be split into age-appropriate groups of 8 with two naturalists (siblings can choose to be together). Preregistration is required. All programs will be held outside. In the event of thunderstorms or severe weather predicted for program times, Cincinnati Nature Center will cancel the program two hours in advance, as this is an outdoor-only program.
